1. SCOPE OF SERVICES / PORTÉE DES SERVICES

The Consultant will deliver a fixed-hour IT project management and advisory
service consisting strictly of the following items:

– Three (3) hours of live strategic consultation, workflow analysis, and review.
– Preparation of a customized strategic Project Recovery Roadmap.
– Evaluation of current project tracking data and workflows for AI automation.

2. OUT OF SCOPE / HORS DE PORTÉE

Any work not explicitly listed above is excluded, including but not limited to:
Tout travail non explicitement mentionné ci-dessus est exclu, notamment :
– Hands-on software development, coding, or technical system configuration.
– Daily team management, scrum mastering, or direct vendor negotiations.
– Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, or software subscription management.

3. FEES & PAYMENT / FRAIS ET PAIEMENT

– Fixed Package Fee / Frais fixes du forfait : $299 CAD (plus applicable taxes)
– Payment Terms / Modalités de paiement : 100% upfront before booking /

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY / LIMITATION DE RESPONSABILITÉ

The Consultant provides advisory insights based on industry best practices. The
Consultant is not liable for any project delays, data breaches, or financial
losses resulting from the client’s subsequent use of AI tools or execution of
the roadmap. Total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for this SOW.

Le Consultant fournit des conseils basés sur les meilleures pratiques du secteur.
Le Consultant n’est pas responsable des retards de projet ou des pertes
financières résultant de l’utilisation ultérieure d’outils d’IA par le client.
La responsabilité totale est strictement limitée au montant payé pour cet ÉDT.
